Cant Delete msn 'block checker' HELP

ugh. brothers are annoying. he downloaded this stupid thing and i thought i
deleted it but everytime i message someone it sends an ad thing. I went under
the 'add/remove programs' thing and deleted it there but it is somehow still
working on my computer. PLEASE, i want it gone!
