Can't Delete Headers Downloaded from Server

Months ago, whilst I was travelling, I downloaded my partners email headers
from her server (so she could see if there was anything important there). I
now have more than 100 headers sruck in my inbox whixh will not delete
because (I think) the messages are no longer on the POP3 server. The
messages appear in my inbox with a line through them (to indicate they are to
be deleted).

Does anybody have any ideas how to delete them?

Thanks

Have you reconnected to the same POP3 server with the same account or did
you delete that account when you were done previously?

If they are appearing with a line through them, then probably the account
was an IMAP account, not a POP account.

Thanks Brian. That solved the problem. In the "Send & receive" menu there is
an option right down the bottom (which I hadn't seen before) called "Process
All Marked Headers". All I had to do was select this and they all
disappeared!! I searched online help for hours to work out how to do this.
Doh!

Thanks for your help.

Cheers

Melinda
