Recently I had to restore some files from a backup made with WinXP's
NTBackup. The files in question were originally from a previous XP
installation *with security* (after a hardware crash, and had to reinstall
XP). I was able to restore these files to my new deskop, but because of the
security, I was unable to access the files. Fine, so I restored with the
"Restore Security" option turned off, saved them to a different location,
and I can access those files just fine.
The problem is now I can't delete these other files that were restored to my
new desktop with the security turned on. How can I get rid of these?
Thanks for any help!
