Can't Delete D&S Folder!

My XP has a Documents and Settings folder from an old
account that didn't get deleted properly. Now, when I
try to delete it, XP says it's System folder and won't
delete it. So then I ran a utility to try to reset the
System attribute, but that didn't work. Same problem.

How do I get rid of this pesky folder?

Make sure the profile is not in use by its account,
keeping in mind that the folder name will be that
of the account when it was first used (it is not changed
if the account is renamed).
A profile that is not in use should be simply deleted.

The account was an old account that no longer exists.
When the account was deleted, it's D&S folder didn't.
How do I delete the folder? When I try a message pops up
saying it is a System folder.
