Can't delete an outgoing mail

Hi,
I tried to dend out a mail but it blocked. Now I can't send out anything,
but the mail in question cannot be deleted. There is no problem with incoming
mail. When re-opening the program I get a message saying that there is no
valid account for outgoing mail - if I choose the standard one it doesn't
work. My provider can't help me as they have not much expierience with Vista.
Help.... please....
