Cant delete a program file???

Right after I recieved the RPC Virus thats floating around
I picked up some sort of adult tool bar program that
redirects me everytime I type in a web addrss. It is
located in my program files...when I goto "Add or Remove
Programs" and try to delete it nothing happens, it wont go
away...Where do I go to get rid of this stupid thing????
