can't delete a netzero program

under the add/remove programs of windows XP home edition cannot delete the
NetZero program, keeps coming up to close all web browsers even when none are
open

Hi,
Try the uninstall from Safe Mode. Close all windows/programs such as Windows
Explorer, messenger programs, etc.
