Can't Customize Outlook Today

In Outlook 2000, when I hit the "Customize Outlook Today"
button, nothing happens. Does anyone have any idea why
this may be happening?

Try popping "cannot customize Outlook Today" into a google search. You'll
get at least 13,000 answers.
