Can't create navigation buttons on top of single .jpg photo

I created a vertical jpg file with 6 categories for navigating my website. I
want to designate a hyperlink area on top of each named category, but cannot
split up the single graphic jpg. The photo is a vertical, curved piece of 35
mm film with categories written on it. I don't want to be limited to boring
block sections of nav buttons! Any helpful suggestions out there?

Thanks for that tip. Only thing is, Front Page 2002 doesn't appear to have
that "DESIGN" feature at the bottom of the page view. I've gone thoroughly
thru all the tool bar menus and can't find any referral to hotspots or page
design. I wish I could - that sounds like the solution!

Open the page w/ the image in it
Select the image in the page
Select the Picture Menu
- the hotspot creation tools are 3 on the right

Hotspots are on the Pictures tool bar -
View->Toolbars->Pictures

The Hotspot icons are to the right, if they don't show use the drop down
button at the extreme right of the toolbar to see more buttons.
