Can't create folders

For the last several weeks I haven't been able to create new folders. I click
on "New Folder" and nothing happens. I've been told to change my Identity.
However, I need to keep my Identity intact because I use it for business. Is
there another solution?
 
No need to repost. I already replied to you yesterday within an hour.
 
I apologize. My original post and your response didn't appear until this
morning (or if it did I missed it despite searching several times). I'll go
to the OE forum, as you suggested. Thank you.
