can't copy folder

I try to copy folder "Application data" into Documents and
Settings/All Users but it says I can't because folder
already exists in directory, even though I can't see it.

View all files (TOOLS menu, FOLDER OPTIONS, VIEW tab Show
all)

The folder does exist, see?
