cant connect to https sites

My laptop (VIAO pcg-frv35) suddenly cannot send/recieve
secure information. This means i cant access secure
(https type) webpages and i cant even log into my online
games! My firewall/router is not at fault because other
computers on the same network CAN send/receive secure
information. Is there any place i can enable my internet
connection to access secure websites?
