Can't change working directory....

Access 2003 SP3

User gets "MS Office Access can't change the working directory to
C:\documents and settings\ %username %\mydocuments" when trying to open any
databases. She does not recall setting a defaults recently. Why can't we
get the databases to open? THanks!

I found a registry hack at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/891124 on the KB
and that fixed the issue. Thanks to all.
