Can't change Screen Resolution from 800X600

I am using Windows 2000 Terminal Server. I recognise that
it only shows at the default 800 X 600 although I change
to the others such as full screen. Can I get some help in
correcting this problem? It worked fine under Windows NT

does this happen with all your clients?

Do you have the latest version of the RDP client?
