Can't change Outlook 2003 setting

Hello,

Envirmoment: 3 Exchange 2003 servers and Outlook 2003 clients.

I have a client which have the "Send meeting requests and responses only to
my delegates, not to me"
marked but its also grayed-out so that we can't change it back.

Does anyone have a clue on how to change this ?.

Delegation (Send on Behalf permissions) can be set from AD Users and
Computers too. Go to Exchange General/Delivery Options. This would allow
the Admin to remove.

But i don't see how this would help me. I can also remove the delegates on
the Outlook 2003 client but i still can't change the grayed out setting :

"Send meeting requests and responses only to my delegates, not to me"

Its still grayed out after removing all delegates.
