can't change my home page

I noticed that i can no longer go to internet and change
my home page.... could not write in it....HELP!!!!!
 
Try opening internet options,type in youre home page,then go t
programs tab,edit as needed.Do you have all xp updates installed,alon
with IE updates.
 
Try using Spybot search and destroy. You probably have a virus/trojan which
changed your home page and locked it in.
