Can't change file name

Vista Premium on HP Pavilion
Running as User, I created a folder in the Documents folder. Over time I
have added subfolders to that created folder. I wanted to change the folder
name and was presented with the UAC requesting Admin priviledges. I gave the
admin password and was still denied access. I checked the folder and it was
marked as Read Only. I tried removing the check for that but it kept changing
back. Sooo-- I logged in as admin and got the same process with the same
results. What gives? When looking at the owner of the file, it is User (me)
with full priviledges. Any help would be appreciated. I love security but am
sometimes baffled by Vista's way of going about it.

Thank you for the link. I don't know what I did, because as I said the
properties already said I was the owner, but I went in and changed a couple
of things and was then able to change the file name. I still don't understand
why I was blocked as I created the folder to start with and created it in the
Documents folder while running as UserXX.

Nice, concise tutorial by the way.
