Can't change back to limited user from administrative account

We had Windows XP Home with 5 accounts with one of them as the administrator account. My son changed his limited account to an administrator account with a password and now we can't change it back, change the password or delete the password. All we can do is change his picture. So we have two administrator accounts and when you are in these accounts the computer takes forever to load. We can't change my son's account from the original administrator account either. Please help!!! Thank you.

Greetings:

If your son is the only one with an administrator account, using his account
change to or create another administrator account and using that new
administrator account change his back to limited user.
In the Start button\Run\type> control userpasswords2\General(tab)\select
user\Properties(button)\belonging to group(tab)\change user type in the
drop-down window.. to create another user, click in the add button and
follow the instructions. to change the password, select the user and click
on Restore Password button..

Hope this helps.
