Can't attach files

I have recently started getting the following error:
"The browser you are using does not allow you to attach a
file. If you would like to use this feature please
download the latest version of either Internet Explorer
or Navigator."

I am using IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633IS on
Windows XP. This error has only started appearing over
the last couple of weeks.

Can someone help me solve this thanks.

Are you really talking about attaching files in IE6 or do you mean
OE6?
If OE6
Tools menu > Options > Security tab
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments...."
(Assuming you really want to disable this security feature)
