Cant add user to workgroup - Access Denied

Im trying to add a user to a workgroup and when i join the
group I get "Access Denied".
I can seen to find any documentation anywhere on this.
Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like a windows security issue. Do you have permission on the folder
where the mdw is?

I checked all the security and it should all be good.
The user has access to all the folders that the files are
in.

They need full permissions. You can double check this by opening the
folder, right-clicking and creating a text file.
