Can't activate Outlook on second PC

I bought Pocket PC which came with a stand alone copy of Outlook 2002. I
installed it on my home computer and activated it but now I can't activate it
on my work computer - says product is already activated and I should follow
instructions to contant a customer service representative (which don't
appear). I though the licence covered more than one computer (otherwise
can't sync work and home) but if it is just the one I'd rather have work
computer - how do I activate both or deactivate home?

The copy of Outlook that comes with a Pocket PC is an OEM version, not a
retail version and, hence, can be installed on a single computer only.
