Can't activate office 2002 for students + teachers

ok, my pc crashed a while back, and now when i reinstalled my office product,
it says it's already installed on another computer, i've only ever had it on
this computer, any ideas what to do. there's no support line for me to call
and i'm about to spaz out on this thing.

If you start Word and click on Help | Activate Product, you should see
instructions on how to activate by telephone. If you don't see those,
