Can't access the WEB

I have a Win 2000 Pro machine which is on a local network.
As of 3 days ago i can access our internal network but not
the WEB. Tried switching router ports with a "good" pc,
same result. Can access the network, no internet. Can't
even raise the router. Can anybody suggest anything?
