Can't access Spyware history - crashes the program

Try uninstalling/reinstalling the program to see if it fixes the problem.
 
I've heard of hangs or very long pauses when the history contains an item
with large numbers of files in it.

If you take a look at the .GCD files in the programs installation folder,
you can probably spot which one contains the history, and rename it to see
whether that clears things up.

I'm not certain what effect this choice might have on items in
quarantine--so be careful if you have items you might wish to recover in
quarantine.
