CAN'T ACCESS SECURE SITES

Help!
I am running a dual boot system with W2K and LINUX. I
cannot accesss secure sites through any of the three
browsers I have running under Windows (I.E.6,Opera and
Firebird), but have no trouble
when I work with Mozilla in in LINUX : ergo, it looks like
a windows problem.
I have run N.A.V and got a clear bill of health.
Any suggestions?
