can't access "safemode" or system restore

Any help well be greatly appreciated.. I can't access the
safe mode even my system restore. please help. When i
boot up the machine just give me the option to start
window normally, safe mode, and etc but all of them just
hang up when i try to start..please help

Is formatting my hard drive is the last option? got so
many important files and folder on my hard drive please
any suggestions and ideas.. thanks a lot

Have you installed the latest version of nero lately. One person
reported that it caused this problem. He reverted to an earlier one and
the problem was resolved.

My experience is when Safe made is not available, the setup file is
corrupted and need to be extracted and installed in DOS.

If you have nero incd, there is now an upgrade to deal with problems
accessing safe mode. Check the site.
