Can't access protected pages

Have recently contracted the Blaster worm and since I
have downloaded the update from Microsoft and I can't
access password protected sites (banking, paypal etc). I
ran Norton Antivirus and it deleted some infected files
but nothing associated with the running of the PC.

Any ideas
