Can't access other user's folder (OLK2003)

Is there anyway to look at anothers persons mailbox folder other than the
Inbox? I've tried permissions and delegation, but the only choice is to Open
Inbox, Calendar, etc. There are some subfolders that secretaries should have
access to but the only way I can think of doing this is to give them access
to the whole mailbox, which wouldn't work.

Yes, give them lowest rights to the Mailbox, but then only grant access to
folders/subfolders they should have rights to.
