I am having the same problem with Hotmail. My hotmail account starts with F. My wife is able to get in to her email account and her starts with S. What does your email account starts with?
I don't think it has anything to do with the beginning of
your email because I have two accounts. One starts
with 'n' and the other with 'v'. They both don't work.
bring up a repair or uninstall you can chose either. when
chooing repair if it stops and says it encounters a
problem you must uninstall and reinstall.
