Can't access internet after XP Pro upgrade

I upgraded my desktop from XP Home edition to XP Pro. I
am unable to connect to the internet with my old
connection and when I try to use the wizard to reset it,
I am not allowed to choose the option that will allow me
to choose broadband with a logon and password. My ISP
seems to think this is a known issue.

Can anyone shed any light on how to resolve this?

Thanks!
