can't access file after restore by using MSbackup

i have a serious problem

I can't access ir open any files that i backed up by
using MSbackup

error msg. -----------------

C:\Documents And settings\..\My Documents is not
accessible

Access Denied

Help me please

I just back up some files in my documents and I install a
new fresh windows xp Professional and then restore all my
stuff to the same directory. and i can't access this
folder anymore.

Maybe the default permissions had been changed before the backup. If so,
you can try taking ownership:
