Can's able to recieve mails but sending mails

Hi,
I am new to outlook. I am using outlook2000. I configured the POP3 and
SMTP Ip address with my account names. Now, I am able to send emails. But, I
am not able to recieve mails. So, how can i download my inbox emails to my PC
outlook.

Are you sure you have the correct POP server name? Do you get any errors
when you try to receive? What happens when you use the "Test account"
button?
 
Outlook 2000 does not have a Test Account Settings button - that was
introduced with Outlook 2002.
