Canon Scanner

I have a Canon Scanner D1250U2F and I upgraded to a new
2053ghz procesor w/512mhz RAM and XP Pro.
Since this upgrade my scanner will not do a copy fx and I
get an out of memory msg.

Can anyone help.

Have you tried uninstalling reinstalling the scanner?
