Please help. I am trying to find window xp scanner
drivers.
We went from windows 98+, Now we are using windows xp. We
cannot load our scanner. XP does not accept the new
drivers it says if you continue to try to load this
software it may destroy my computer. I have been on
Canon's web site tried to load the drivers that will work
wit xp, but it still won't load. Please help

The message does not mean your PC will explode in a ball of fire or anything
similar. It means the drivers have not been submitted by Canon to Microsoft
for certification.

Use the updated drivers from the Canon website and follow their installation
instructions.

You CANNOT use the old drivers from Windows98. They will not install on XP.
