This printer is new only 2 months old and has worked fine. Today I tried to
print something and it says printer is offline. It has ink and paper. The
power light is on. I've restarted the computer and plugged things in and out.
I've tried everything any ideas?

Disconnect printer from PC. Reboot PC. Turn printer on and then connect
USB cable from printer to PC. If there is no 'ping' sound, call Canon and
they will replace the unit.

Thanks but I already uninstalled then reinstalled and that worked for now.
