Canon IR 1200-1300 make spooler crash

One of our client just bought some canon 12xx printers
with AXIS 1610 for Canon CAPT Printers. The problem is
that the axis does not support standart tcp/ip as a new
port....We need to create axis port...and now when there
is a paper jam or any other normal trouble....the spooler
crash... any clue on this? thanks!
