Canon ip4200 spongless carts - in UK?

Anyone know where/if I can get sponge less carts for my Canon ip4200
in the UK please?

From what I've read in the Nifty forum, spongeless carts to replace the
bci-6 OEM carts didn't work well. I haven't seen any advertisements for
spongeless carts for the chipped canon carts. In my opinion, it would be
best to use OEM carts and refill them.

I presume it is the outlet valve tha causes the probs
