Canon EP-27

Hello,
i would like to a Canon MF 5360. What do you think about this printer?

It works with EP27 cartridge, do you know if this cartridge has a chip,
if is possibile to refill toner.

Of Course it is a criteria!!!
A Cartridge costs 50¤ per 2500 copies (0.02¤ per copy), too much.
If this can be refilled it will be more convenient!

If you don't want talking about refilling can you tell me if this is a
good printer?
