Canon camera driver error

XP will not recognized camera on USB port. Error saying
that device driver cannot be loaded because a previous
instance of the driver is still in memory. (Code 38)

Load Device Manager and remove any Camera drivers/entries and then
reconnect camera.
In some cases, its better to install the driver FIRST before attaching
the camera otherwise XP will try to load an inappropiate driver...
