cannot view the newsgroups

Hi

I am experiencing a problem while outlook express is
trying to download any massages from a newsgroup (news
server msnews.microsoft.com).
Iget an error message saying that "The TCP/IP connection
was unexpectedly terminated by the server"

I cannot view any of the newsgroups on the server.
