Cannot view any web pages in IE 6.0 ERROR Page every time

2 nights ago IE was working fine, now I cannot view any webpages in IE. I
have Symantec Antivirus and it hasn't found anything. The only way I've
found to search the web for help is viewing web sites in my Outlook. Please
help!

I found the culprit, I've recently installed Norton's Internet Security and
some how, someone blocked Internet Explorer in the firewall settings. Thank
goodness, this has drove me nutz! I appreciate your help.
