cannot use system restore

have spent hours trying to find a solution. every point I
pick says unable to restore. discovered this after I
tried to restore after losing all folder names in
thumbnail view. please please help

Your system restore folder is corrupted shut off system
restore reboot and then turn it back on and create a new
restore point, this will fix system restore, however it
will not help you with your folder name issue!
