Cannot use Drap & Drop.....Please help!!!

Well I was just trying to use the drag & drop feature like I do on a day to
day basis. The computer that I am trying to do this is on is up to date with
everything. The machine has WinXP Pro with SP2. I went to this site
(http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm) and downloaded the "Enable
Drag & Drop" Regestry. I ran that and it didnt do anything. I restarted the
computer and I still can't drag & drop. This computer is a storage computer
so it is left on all the time but doesnt do much (No internet surfing or
anything). If anybody has any other ideas on what I can do to get the Drag &
Drop feature back please help me out!! Thanks!

I tried this and it did not help at all. Also when I am doing the Drag & Drop
it is all on one computer. So the files are not being transfered over the
network. The files are just being transfered into different folders on the
same computer. I have no clue why this is doing this as I have done nothing
to change anything on the computer.....No updates or setting changes at all.

Aside from what Kurt has answered you and trying Kelly's fix can you drop by
IE\Properties\Security\Internet\Custom level and see what Drag and Drop is
set at

I checked that and the option is enabled. So IS there anything else that I
can try?
