Cannot uninstall sp2

I got a partial install and the error message described in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888162, so I proceed with the resolution
offered there. When the SP2 uninstall is about to finish, I get the following
messages:

"The system cannot find the file specified."

"The Service Pack 2 was not uninstalled."

What do I do?
 
I've got the same message have you had any luck solving your problem?
