Cannot uninstall any program in Vista Business

When I am in Programs and Features in Vista Business and I select a program
that I want to uninstall, the uninstall feature does not appear. In Fact not
program can elicit the uninstall to appear.

There are some programs that can't be removed. However, go to "howtogeek.com"
home page and find "how to delete a system file" in Systems Administrations.
Read the comments for pros and cons first, as the geek has mixed results.

An addition to the previous - The Geek has a fix to simplify the process. In
the same "System Administration" find the top item - Add "Take Ownership-".
