cannot uninstall a program!

my computer automatically downloaded some search bar that
i dont want and dont need! i tried going to the add or
remove programs panel but the window just flashes and it
doesnt uninstall..help please!

Us system restore to restore the whole PC back to a time
before you installed the taskbar.

This is common. Run the combo to rid (all of them): Ad-Aware, Spybot and
HijackThis:
