cannot uninstal

i had a few problems with a programme and so deleted it
but when i tried to download it again the message "there
is an older version of this programme already
installed". their solution for this is to press the
remove button, i have tried this several times but the
problem persists.

Look for the program's entries in the registry, remove them all. It should
do the job for you.
