Cannot type in fields

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same result. You can type in
the browser. Example unable to type in Google text box.
Same problem in any web pasge
 
Happens if the Visual Basic runtimes are corrupt.
If the system is running Windows XP, try this:
Click Start | Run | SFC /Scannow

If not, mention the OS
