Cannot turn pc off

I cannot get my pc to turn off properly. When I shut down
my pc, it automatically reboots itselfs. If I uninstalled
this programme, then my pc will turn off properly.

Any suggetions, as to why this programme interferes with
me shutting down properly?

Do a System Restore to earlier time before you installed the program and
this issue started happening. This is if you are running Windows XP:

I have already done a system restore, twice. Then I have
reinstalled spyware program, but to no avail. It is as
if, the spyware program is interfering with me actually
turning the pc off altogether. Cos as soon as I uninstall
the program, then hay presto, pc is ok.

So, am still lost as to why me pc doesn't like this
program.

Yes, I do have Windows XP with SP 2.

It seems like there is conflict with another software program on your PC.
