cannot synchronize notes

When I try to ActiveScync 3.8 with Outlook, an error indicate " Note :
require attention".
Then I clik " resolve items...." a dialog box message read..... , "item of
one or more information type cannot be synchronized. Disconnect & reconnect
your device."

But my O2 PDA was connected via USB and Files, Contact, Task and appointment
did synchronized very well !!!

I try "Detect & repair" outlook few times, still get the same
problem....S.O.S. anyone !

So, did you disconnect your PDA and recradle it like the message says?
